As a Manager - Social at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, uniting media, data, and partnerships to provide creative personalization at scale.

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. Your responsibilities will include creating media plans aligned with client briefs, overseeing campaign execution, and optimizing performance to meet key performance indicators. Additionally, you will generate performance reports and review decks for clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet their requirements and expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline, along with 4-6 years of experience managing paid social campaigns. A deep understanding of social platforms, proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools like SocialFlow and Sprinklr, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously, as well as hands-on experience in social media advertising and optimization, are also required.
