Manager, Software Engineering

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team in modernizing its governance, risk, and compliance platform. The Manager will oversee a team of developers and QA engineers, ensuring high performance and shared accountability for quality and delivery. Responsibilities include influencing technical direction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and integrating AI and automation to streamline development, testing, and operations.

Candidates should have over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a management role. A strong technical foundation, product-focused mindset, and familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code are essential. Experience with AI/ML concepts and excellent communication skills are also required.
