Manager, Value Engineering - Nordics
As a Manager of Value Engineering at Celonis, you will lead a team dedicated to managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from initial sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion. This role is pivotal in guiding customers to achieve their strategic goals by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market leadership team to drive customer success and solidify Celonis as a strategic partner in business transformation.
Your primary responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer value journey, translating strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-level executives. You will lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support the deployment of new features and products, and advance strategic growth programs to create durable value. Additionally, you will host Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to communicate results and realized value to senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and the ability to build compelling value roadmaps for customers. A deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges faced by the C-suite is essential. Proficiency in guiding customers' IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, including hands-on experience with building dashboards, apps, and action flows, is required. Strong project management skills, executive stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in value selling methodologies are also necessary.
