Manager, Value Engineering - Public Sector Transformation
Celonis is seeking a Manager for Value Engineering in Public Sector Transformation to lead a team of Value Engineers in driving end-to-end customer value journeys. This role involves collaborating with Go-to-Market leadership to support customers in achieving strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The position is remote, based in Germany, with a focus on the public sector.
Key responsibilities include owning the customer value journey from landing to renewal, translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-Level executives. The role also involves leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, deploying new features and products, and managing change within the customer base. Additionally, the manager will recruit and develop Value Engineers, allocate resources effectively, and communicate successes and risks within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, experience in strategic transformation initiatives, and a deep understanding of public sector trends and challenges. Proficiency in guiding IT teams through the Celonis Process Intelligence journey, project management skills, and experience in executive stakeholder management are essential. Fluency in English and German is required.
