Archer is seeking a highly capable Warehousing Manager to lead and scale our internal and external warehouse operations. This role is responsible for the systems, tools, compliance frameworks, and day-to-day execution that ensure aircraft parts, batteries, tooling, and other high-value assets move efficiently across Archer’s factories, test sites, and supplier network. The Warehousing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time to support Archer’s rapidly growing production and flight-test programs.

Key responsibilities include owning daily warehouse operations across Archer facilities and third-party warehouses, leading a team of over 30 contractors and full-time employees, and ensuring precise and reliable management of aircraft parts and high-value materials. The role also involves designing and operating Archer’s hazardous materials storage program, developing standard warehouse layouts and processes to improve efficiency, and driving performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency through key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply-chain operations, with demonstrated experience in establishing and operating warehousing programs. A strong working knowledge of building and fire codes, hazmat storage requirements, and advanced experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM are essential. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and proven ability to manage complex, high-volume warehousing operations in a fast-moving manufacturing or technical environment.

Archer offers a competitive base pay range of $117,500 to $150,000, with actual compensation determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
