Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our AeroStructures branch in North Carolina. This team is dedicated to rapidly developing and producing advanced aerostructure assemblies, encompassing both composite and metallic structures. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge defense technology within a dynamic and innovative environment.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the entire manufacturing value chain, including managing Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs), creating work instructions, optimizing work cells, designing and selecting tools, developing and refining processes, sourcing and interacting with vendors, planning for quality, and documenting work associated with composite and metallic structures. Collaboration with technicians and engineers to build composite parts and tooling in alignment with design engineering releases is a key aspect of the role.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology-related field and have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or design of composite parts and/or assemblies. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including GD&T, and experience with CAD/CAM software (preferably NX) are essential. A genuine interest in manufacturing, a thirst for learning, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions are highly valued.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $112,000 USD, with actual offers varying based on factors such as experience and skills.
