The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the manufacturing process from initial prototyping to full-scale production. Key responsibilities include collaborating with design engineers to implement design-for-manufacturing best practices, resolving complex build issues on the production floor, and maintaining essential manufacturing documentation. The role also involves capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and occasional travel to suppliers and partner sites to address production challenges.

Candidates should possess a degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related hard science, along with at least five years of experience in manufacturing or a similar field. A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing are essential. Hands-on experience with hardware manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, soldering, or assembly is highly valued. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 annually, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience and skills.
