Manufacturing Management, Leadership Development Program
The Manufacturing Management Leadership Development Program at Legend Biotech is a 2.5 to 3-year initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential Master's graduates. Participants will engage in multiple functional rotations within Global Manufacturing, including Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT), Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. These rotations are tailored to individual development goals and business needs, providing targeted experience across key operational functions.
Participants will complete multiple functional rotations, each lasting between 3 to 12 months, within areas such as Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT), Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. These rotations are customized based on individual development goals, business needs, and participant interests, allowing candidates to gain targeted experience across key operational functions. The program integrates high-impact operations experiences, executive mentorship, and a Leadership Development Series focused on developing leaders at every level—from leading self and others to influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Candidates should be recent M.S. or M.A. graduates from the classes of 2023 to 2026, with degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, or related disciplines. Preferred qualifications include 2 to 3 years of professional experience in life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with demonstrated leadership potential and an aspiration to grow into future operational and enterprise leadership roles.
The base pay range for this position is between $81,273 and $106,669 USD. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and/or equity for eligible roles.
