Manufacturing Software Engineer, Intelligence Systems
As a Manufacturing Software Engineer within Anduril Industries' Manufacturing Test organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing test executive software to systematically and thoroughly assess our products across land, sea, and air domains. This position is integral to ensuring product quality and enhancing our development cycle through advanced analytics and automation. The role begins with a three-month training period in Santa Ana, California, before transitioning to our facility in Asheville, Ohio.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing applications for both Windows and Linux desktop environments, integrating cloud data and deployment features while maintaining user authentication and security, and generating automation scripts for debugging and prototype development. Additionally, you will be tasked with triaging issues, identifying root causes of failures, and coordinating subsequent steps. Collaborating closely with end-users, you will translate their needs into features, balancing user experience with engineering constraints.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in desktop application development using WPF and C#, proficiency in and RESTful services with C# in AWS or Azure infrastructures, and hands-on experience with major relational databases such as DB2 or SQL Server. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required, along with experience working on multidisciplinary projects alongside electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is also necessary.
