Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst
Archer is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing urban air mobility. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating and optimizing manufacturing systems to support the production of our electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. As a Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing manufacturing systems that enhance production efficiency and quality. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, integrating new technologies into existing manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless communication between various production systems. Additionally, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing systems integration. Proficiency in manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technologies is essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
