Manufacturing Test Engineer, Intelligence Systems
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Intelligence Systems team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our defense technology products meet stringent quality standards and production throughput requirements. The position will commence with a three-month training period in Santa Ana, California, before transitioning to our facility in Ashville, Ohio.
The Manufacturing Test Engineer will oversee test activities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts to component-level validations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex electrical issues, improving test systems for automation and consistency, and developing comprehensive test work instructions for the technician team. The role also involves analyzing test data to identify defects and collaborating with design engineers to enhance product performance.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, along with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience focusing on manufacturing test and product sustainment. Proficiency in Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS is required, as well as experience with PCBA testing standards and electronic test equipment. Strong root cause analysis skills and familiarity with PLM, MES, and TES systems are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $131,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
