Market Manager Greece
Lighthouse is seeking a Market Manager to lead our expansion in Greece. In this role, you will represent The Hotels Network's innovative technology, now enhanced by Lighthouse's capabilities. As a key member of our global Revenue team, you'll drive growth by building strong relationships with hotel partners and promoting our solutions to increase their direct bookings and revenue.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic business plan to establish and expand our presence in the Greek market. This involves sourcing new opportunities through targeted outreach and networking, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, and building a robust sales pipeline with accurate tracking in Salesforce. Additionally, you'll represent Lighthouse and The Hotels Network at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full-cycle sales or new business development role, with strong knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or SaaS industry. You should be a natural communicator and presenter, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, and fully fluent in both Greek and English. An entrepreneurial spirit, resilience under pressure, and a drive to achieve targets are essential. An interest in leveraging AI and data to enhance sales performance and strategy is also desirable.
