Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to post-sales teams, and maintaining meticulous records of sales activities using Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills, along with a solid understanding of the travel or hospitality industry, are essential. Fluency in English and Japanese, excellent communication and presentation skills, and comfort in leading meetings with C-level executives are required. An entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to travel frequently, and a curiosity about AI with an eagerness to use new tools to improve efficiency are also important.
