The Marketing Assistant (AdOps Specialist) at Awin provides operational support to Client Services teams, focusing on delivering service packages to clients. This entry-level position offers an excellent introduction to the affiliate marketing industry, allowing individuals to work across various sectors and industries through Awin's award-winning network. The role is based in Iași, Romania, and is offered under a 2-year temporary contract.

Key responsibilities include uploading offers and creatives to advertiser programs, assisting with communication to publisher partners, and producing regular reports by extracting and manipulating data for interpretation by Client Services teams. The Marketing Assistant will also perform program audits, monitor affiliate performance to ensure network compliance, and conduct ad-hoc account health checks and competitor benchmarking. Additionally, the role involves setting up new collaborations between publishers and advertisers, reviewing publisher invitations, processing sales validation, and booking bonuses or tenancy in the Awin system to ensure correct payment for generated sales.

Candidates should be fluent in English, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with internal staff and external clients. The ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple client deadlines is essential, along with a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and quality of work. Attention to detail, willingness to assist peers, and experience with Microsoft Office applications are required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Asana is advantageous but not mandatory. An affinity for online (affiliate) marketing and a data-savvy mindset are also desirable.
