Marketing Associate - 18 Months Contract

As a Marketing Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in executing local marketing activities across commercial, content, and social media initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will assist in coordinating local campaigns, co-marketing activities, and creating localized content. This position is ideal for individuals early in their marketing careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience and understand the practical workings of marketing within a dynamic company.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the execution of local marketing campaigns across various business areas, ensuring they align with commercial priorities. You will assist in creating, localizing, and publishing marketing content across multiple channels, such as app banners and social media platforms. Additionally, you will help set up campaigns and content in internal tools and platforms, adhering to existing processes and guidelines. Coordinating with designers and content creators to develop campaign assets and visuals will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will support basic reporting by collecting data, tracking key metrics, and helping identify insights for future activities. Managing local social media channels, including scheduling posts, coordinating with influencers, and monitoring engagement, will be part of your daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a supporting function within marketing. Fluency in both Hungarian and English, both written and verbal, is essential. A structured and organized mindset is crucial for success in this role. While not mandatory, experience in copywriting and design, as well as familiarity with CRM and social media platforms, will be considered advantageous.
