Marketing Intern - Demand Generation

The Marketing Intern - Demand Generation role at KnowBe4 offers an opportunity to join the Global Demand team in Arlington, Virginia. KnowBe4 is a leader in Human Risk Management, providing AI-powered security solutions to over 70,000 organizations worldwide. This hybrid position requires the intern to work in the Arlington office four days a week during the 13-week program from May 18th to August 14th, 2026.

In this role, the intern will collaborate with the marketing team to set up, monitor, and report on demand generation programs. Responsibilities include creating and updating Salesforce campaigns, tracking campaign pacing and lead quality, managing UTM tracking links, assisting in the development of campaign assets, and processing lead reports from third-party vendors.

Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field. A strong desire to learn marketing technology is essential, with prior exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce or email marketing tools preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are also required.
