Marketing Lead
Archer is seeking a Marketing Lead to support its Advanced Technologies initiatives. This mid-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and aviation, with a strong understanding of the integrated marketing ecosystem, including digital, experiential, communications, and partnerships. The position is based in-person at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, CA, and the Design Studio in Mountain View, CA.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for Archer’s products through high-quality marketing efforts across various channels. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering compelling marketing assets for web, social media, email, paid media, presentations, events, and product launches. The role involves translating complex technological and aviation concepts into clear and engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, and Business Development is essential to support launches, pilots, and ongoing campaigns.
Candidates should possess 4–6 years of experience in marketing, product, creative, or related roles, preferably within technology, aerospace, or adjacent industries. Strong visual and storytelling skills are required, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly. Experience in producing marketing assets across digital channels and collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and external partners is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in emerging technology and aviation are also important.
Archer offers a competitive base salary range of $130,800 to $163,500, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
