Marketing Lead, EMEA
Webflow is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Lead for the EMEA region to spearhead demand generation initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Development, Partners, and various marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The position is based in London, UK, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1-2 days per week in the office.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing regional demand generation strategies aligned with Webflow's global go-to-market objectives. Key duties include creating integrated campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing the marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, and localizing global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance within the EMEA markets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, along with over seven years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors. A proven track record in EMEA markets and complex sales cycles is essential. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and Marketo, is required. Fluency in French, German, or another major European language is considered a plus.
