Marketing Manager
Kaseya is seeking a data-driven and customer-centric Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy. Acting as the bridge between solutions and our customers, you will utilize automation, content, and analytics to deliver a personalized, seamless experience that drives long-term customer value.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle, planning and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns such as email marketing, paid and organic media, webinars, and personalized web content. You will also utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to create automated nurture sequences and personalized communications, develop customer-focused content alongside product marketing leads, and leverage AI-driven personalization and analytics tools to track engagement and optimize customer journeys. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams is essential to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and support expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and knowledge or experience with marketing automation platforms is required. Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring engagement metrics and using Google Analytics are essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into engaging content, are also necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
The position offers a salary of $90,000 per year.
