As a Marketing Manager Retail Media Consumer Electronics at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing commerce strategies within the retail media sector. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling campaign strategies and annual planning. You will independently conduct campaign evaluations and analyses, deriving optimization approaches. Managing attractive media budgets for our clients, including their control, planning, execution, and reporting, will be under your purview. Additionally, you will actively participate in internal projects, shaping our agency and the development of the commerce sector. Regular professional exchange with our international network and monitoring developments in e-commerce and retail media to identify new potentials for our clients are also key aspects of your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field such as marketing or commerce and possesses professional experience in e-commerce or online marketing. A passion for digital marketing and strategic planning, ideally in areas like search, Amazon Sponsored Ads, or programmatic advertising, is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with digital tools, and an excellent numerical understanding are required. A dynamic and curious approach, along with enthusiasm for new developments in the dynamic digital market, will set you apart. Fluency in German and English, coupled with strong communication skills and a consultative approach, is also necessary.
