Marketing Operations Manager
Energy Exemplar is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support and scale our global marketing function. This role is critical in establishing, optimizing, and scaling marketing processes, managing marketing technology, and ensuring high-quality data and reporting to drive effective decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams, sales, and revenue operations to enhance campaign performance and streamline workflows across the lead lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations, serving as the primary HubSpot owner to establish governance and best practices, and ensuring seamless data flow between marketing and sales systems. The role also involves supporting the setup, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaign operations, standardizing campaign processes across regions, and defining a consistent campaign tracking and attribution framework aligned with business KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with experience in a global or cross-regional environment. A solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and data privacy best practices is also required.
