Marketing Specialist
Kaseya is seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition demand in enterprise and measurable pipeline impact. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong campaign management skills and the ability to segment, reach, and convert audiences across all stages of the funnel using a mix of first-party and third-party data. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners, with primary accountability focused on the Americas.
Key responsibilities include managing the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that acquire, nurture, and convert qualified leads across the funnel. The specialist will manage end-to-end campaign delivery through cross-functional partners including Creative, Digital, Social, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales, and third-party vendors. Utilizing data, automation, and AI-driven insights, the role involves continuously improving targeting, messaging, channel mix, and conversion rates. Additionally, the specialist will partner closely with Sales to ensure campaign-generated leads are followed up appropriately and influenced through to sales-qualified opportunities, providing Sales with campaign context, intent signals, and insights to improve follow-up effectiveness and pipeline conversion.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion-focused campaign management within B2B SaaS. A strong understanding of customer journeys, adoption frameworks, and expansion motions is essential. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer data is required, along with the ability to translate product usage and customer data into actionable marketing programs. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and advanced proficiency in Excel are also necessary.
