Marketing Specialist

Wolt is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the execution of local marketing initiatives across multiple business areas, ensuring campaigns are engaging, locally relevant, and aligned with brand standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Wolt's mission of delivering (almost) everything to customers' doorsteps in less than an hour.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing local and global marketing campaigns, managing in-app placements and discovery content such as banners and promotions, and localizing CRM communications. You will also create marketing copy for different channels, coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, and global teams on campaign assets, plan and execute social media content, and support influencer collaborations. Monitoring campaign performance and contributing insights for optimization will be key aspects of your day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role. Strong copywriting and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills are also important. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, along with a proactive, hands-on approach and an analytical mindset, will contribute to success in this role.

Wolt offers a competitive salary range of €2,926 to €3,658 gross per month.
