Marketing Strategy Associate
The Marketing Strategy Associate at FeverUp is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and Fever Original events. This role involves creating high-visibility digital marketing campaigns, particularly on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, to drive engagement and ticket sales. The associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include owning the marketing strategy for assigned experiences, building compelling marketing plans, and launching successful performance digital marketing campaigns. The associate will work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of their region, overseeing substantial marketing budgets. Coordination with various departments is essential to provide strategic direction for campaigns and to foster the growth of assigned experiences.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook ads and other social paid platforms. A proficient or bilingual level of English is required, and additional language skills are considered a plus. A solid marketing background is essential, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
