MarTech & Ops Lead
As the MarTech & Ops Lead at Spring Health, you will oversee the administration and scalability of the Iterable platform, ensuring its optimal configuration and data integrity. This role is part of the Marketing Operations Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of MarTech and Operations, and involves collaboration with Member Growth, Lifecycle, and Provider Communications teams. Spring Health is dedicated to revolutionizing mental healthcare by providing personalized, accessible solutions to individuals and organizations.
In this position, you will serve as the primary administrator for Iterable, establishing global standards for naming conventions, folder taxonomy, and user permissions to maintain an organized and scalable ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into durable technical designs, leading advanced builds involving APIs, webhooks, and catalogs in partnership with Engineering and Data teams. Additionally, you will develop reusable templates and standardized workflows to enable marketing and communications teams to deploy high-quality campaigns independently.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, or CRM operations within B2B2C, SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses. Deep hands-on experience with lifecycle automation platforms, particularly Iterable, is essential. A strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, event models, and data hygiene is required, along with the ability to lead complex MarTech solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and a passion for building infrastructure that enables thoughtful, human-centered experiences at scale are also important.
The target base salary range for this position is $153,500 - $177,000, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
