Mass Account Manager (m/w/d)
As a Mass Account Manager at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our Mass Account Management team, which is central to our restaurant operations in Germany. This team supports a vast and continually growing portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. Your role will involve taking full ownership of a large group of these partners, focusing on enhancing their operational performance and fostering strong relationships.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churn. You will design and lead initiatives to drive the adoption of Wolt's commercial tools, including Promotions, Deals, and Ads. Additionally, you will ensure data accuracy and hygiene, support campaign rollouts, and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to scale best practices across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in operations, commercial, or support roles, with excellent communication skills in both German and English. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and CRM platforms is essential, along with a strong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail. An analytical mindset and a drive to improve processes are also crucial for success in this role.
