Mechanical Systems Engineer - Actuators
Archer is seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer specializing in actuators to join our dynamic team dedicated to developing cutting-edge electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and integration of actuator systems essential to our aircraft's performance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in actuator design and integration within the aerospace industry. Proficiency in CAD software, finite element analysis, and a strong understanding of electromechanical systems are essential. Experience with eVTOL technology and familiarity with certification processes are highly desirable.
