Media Executive
WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Media Executive to join our client team. This foundational role provides essential support throughout the media planning and buying cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate execution of campaign tasks and will develop a strong understanding of media fundamentals, tools, and processes.
Key responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, ad trafficking, and generating tracking links to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches. The Media Executive will compile data from various platforms for regular performance reports and assist with financial processes, including billing and reconciliation. Additionally, the role involves gathering competitive data and media landscape information to support the development of media plans. Collaboration with Planners and Senior Planners is essential to ensure efficient and effective management of all operational aspects of media campaigns.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in any discipline, with a preference for marketing, advertising, or communications. Relevant internship experience is advantageous, though fresh graduates with a strong desire to build a career in media are encouraged to apply. High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, along with fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, are also necessary.
