Media Planning Associate Manger
The Media Planning Associate Manager at WPP Media will be a key member of the Mindshare team, a leading brand within WPP Media. This role is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and focuses on delivering strategic media planning and implementation for a diverse set of brands. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
The primary responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to post-campaign reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in media planning and operations. The role also involves tracking and measuring campaign performance against agreed KPIs and media efficiencies, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign implementation, and keeping the team and clients informed about new trends and changes in the media landscape.
Candidates should have at least four years of media agency experience, with expert knowledge in digital media planning and buying, and basic knowledge of offline media. Proficiency in operating media tools such as Clear Decision and Arianna is required. Strong English skills, particularly in writing, reading, and speaking, are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
