Additionally, you will structure unorganized briefings, utilize AI tools for research and content creation, and manage multiple projects by setting priorities and adhering to critical timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or Sociology, complemented by approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in agency, consulting, or similar environments. While prior media knowledge is advantageous, a strong willingness to learn media planning processes is essential. Proactive and independent learning, a commitment to continuous improvement through feedback, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both German and English are crucial for success in this role.
