The specialist also manages billing processes, tracks expenses, and maintains accurate records across systems such as Litify, Arctrieval, and Ramp. Collaboration with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams is essential to monitor workflows and ensure timely case progression.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and 2–4 years of experience in a records management environment. Prior law firm experience and knowledge of litigation documents are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document management systems is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
