Medical Scheduler (AM)
The **** Scheduler**** is responsible for maintaining the relationship between clients and caregivers and, ultimately, helping to deliver the best possible in-home care experience for both clients and employees. This role plays an integral part in working closely with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver–client matching. The Scheduler ensures that all referrals are received accurately, with sufficient detail, and are handled appropriately.

Responsibilities: Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients to assess service quality. Act as a liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager. Receive and manage referrals and address concerns related to the company’s programs and services. Schedule and coordinate caregivers’ daily activities. Perform payroll-related tasks, including timesheet verification, updating telephony records, and entering data for payroll processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver employment records in the ClearCare system. Ensure all personnel files are complete and current. Interview, evaluate, and select candidates while ensuring a positive applicant experience. Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and employee follow-up. Build relationships with clients and caregivers while being sensitive to their individual needs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience in administrative or business environments is preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative and organizational tasks. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
