Spring Health is seeking a Member Engagement Strategy Manager to join its rapidly expanding Member Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing access, activation, and utilization among our most strategic customers by employing a consultative, data-driven, and highly personalized approach to member marketing. As the strategic marketing voice for key enterprise accounts, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that directly support member engagement and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Strategic Account Managers and other stakeholders to co-own member marketing outcomes for high-impact customers. You will develop and deliver personalized, data-informed member marketing playbooks that reflect each customer's unique population needs, benefits ecosystem, and business goals. Additionally, you will translate complex engagement data into clear, actionable insights for customers, lead implementation marketing strategies for strategic customer launches, and build strategic remediation plans for customers falling short of enrollment or utilization targets.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in B2B2C or customer marketing, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or a mission-driven, high-growth environment. Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes for large enterprise accounts is essential. Strong storytelling and communication skills, deep empathy for customer and member needs, and a self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership are also critical. Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable, is desired.

The target base salary range for this position is $97,680 to $122,100, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
