Messaging Operations Specialist
The Messaging Operations Specialist at Braze plays a pivotal role within the Global Services and Support (GSS) Operations team, focusing on the configuration and provisioning of messaging channels such as SMS/MMS, RCS (RBM), WhatsApp, and Email. This position is integral to ensuring seamless customer onboarding and maintaining the efficiency of Braze's messaging services.
Key responsibilities include configuring customers' messaging channel capabilities, managing code procurement globally, and collaborating with messaging aggregators to ensure timely delivery and setup of codes. The specialist will also maintain and update documentation on best practices and compliance, provide guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on SMS market requirements, and work closely with various teams to streamline tools and processes for messaging onboarding.
Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in an operational or customer support role with a technical product, preferably within a SaaS, mobile, or marketing automation company. Familiarity with SMS and email channels is advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus.
