Mid Market Account Executive (AE3)
Spring Health is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive (AE3) to join our Commercial Sales team, focusing on companies with 2,000 to 5,000 employees. This role involves leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving new business, and building strong client relationships. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for team or company events, and office space available in New York City for those in the area.
Key responsibilities include managing the sales process from qualification through closing, expanding revenue by acquiring new clients, and serving as the liaison between sales and proposal teams to manage RFPs. The Account Executive will lead discovery calls, deliver customized presentations, and represent specific products such as ROI reporting and utilization reporting. Attending conferences and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve quota goals are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) prior to an Account Executive role is preferred, along with proficiency in Google Office Suite. A strong understanding of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space is advantageous. The role requires proactive customer engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
The target base salary for this position is $125,000, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
