Mission Success Training Manager
As a Mission Success Training Manager at Anduril Industries, you will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing technical training programs tailored to each customer's unique requirements. This role involves serving as a subject matter expert on Anduril's expanding product line and facilitating the adoption of these products by understanding user workflows and addressing any challenges they may encounter. Collaboration across various internal teams is essential to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities include delivering training on Anduril products through classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer locations, including hazardous zones and Anduril test sites. You will educate end users from military, government agencies, and commercial backgrounds on both hardware and software offerings. Additionally, you will design and manage training materials across multiple platforms, ensuring they remain current with new features and functionalities. Participation in the development of simulation tools and training resources to enhance learning experiences is also expected.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong initiative and ownership mentality, with experience in planning, developing, and delivering training programs. Effective communication skills are crucial, particularly the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple manner to diverse audiences. Experience in cross-functional environments and the ability to influence others without hierarchical authority are important. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and a willingness to travel up to 50% are required.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range for this role, estimated between $86,000 and $127,000 USD annually.
