Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Systems Integration Engineer to join our Air Dominance and Strike team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on integrating and testing advanced payloads, subcomponents, amplifiers, and antennas, contributing to the development of next-generation autonomous air systems. Anduril is a defense technology company dedicated to transforming military capabilities through cutting-edge technology and innovative business models.

In this position, you will be responsible for both laboratory and field integration and testing of RF systems. Your tasks will include developing test setups to validate device performance using state-of-the-art RF equipment, such as spectrum and network analyzers. Additionally, you will support flight test events and large-scale, customer-facing validation exercises, ensuring seamless integration across various internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance. A strong background in RF-based systems, including radar, electronic support measures, and electronic warfare, is essential. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques, along with at least two years in RF system integration and validation, is required. A minimum of five years in a relevant science or engineering field is also necessary.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
