Mobile Service Technician, Dusseldorf (m/f/d)
Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join its service team in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service by providing on-site maintenance and repair for Lucid's luxury electric vehicles. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles directly at customer locations. Key duties include performing technical work in the field, ensuring proper execution and documentation of work processes, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role also involves managing parts inventory and upholding quality assurance measures to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician and possess a valid driver's license up to 3.5 tons. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required, along with strong self-organization skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles, particularly in the premium segment, is advantageous. Additional qualifications such as a Certified Service or Master Technician certification are considered beneficial.
