Mobile Service Technician, Northern Germany (m/f/d)
Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our service team in Northern Germany. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles directly at customer locations, ensuring exceptional service and support for our clients. As a key member of our service team, you will contribute to delivering the high-quality experience that Lucid customers expect.
In this position, you will perform independent technical work in the field, including diagnosing issues, conducting maintenance, and executing repairs on Lucid vehicles. Responsibilities also encompass direct customer interaction, effective use of diagnostic software, accurate documentation of work processes, and adherence to quality assurance measures. Additionally, you will handle common customer service tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing communications.
The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician and possess a minimum of three years of experience as an automotive technician. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, strong self-organization skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with electric vehicles, particularly in the premium segment, and certifications such as Certified Service or Master Technician are advantageous. A valid driver's license up to 3.5 tons is required.
