Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field. Previous laboratory experience with cloning, DNA manipulation, and basic molecular biology protocols is preferred. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
