This role involves representing a major national logistics services provider, focusing on litigation strategy, large-scale discovery, and national claims oversight. The position offers flexibility with in-person, remote, or hybrid working arrangements.

The attorney will independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conduct thorough investigations, and proactively identify discovery issues unique to each case. Responsibilities include developing strategic discovery responses aligned with national litigation strategies, continuously monitoring and improving discovery processes, and managing a national claims program to identify efficiencies and scalable solutions. Collaboration with attorneys, partners, and clients to develop case strategies and discovery plans is essential.

Candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in at least one state. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with strong discovery skills is required. Preferred qualifications include experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and national claims programs, a background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment, strong client counseling and relationship management skills, excellent analytical and organizational abilities, and advanced proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.
