The Office Manager & Sales Operations role at Awin in Madrid is a multifaceted position that integrates sales operations, finance coordination, office management, HR support, and local business operations. Serving as a central point of contact, this role bridges internal teams, clients, agencies, finance departments, and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities include supporting billing procedures, handling invoice-related requests, managing credit collection activities, monitoring advertiser account balances, coordinating commission reversals, and overseeing accelerated payments and network fee controls. The role also involves local operational management, such as monitoring supplier costs (OPEX), accrual control in collaboration with the Client Services Director, and providing travel and expense support. Office management duties encompass supplier management, CAPEX-related office tasks, ensuring the office operates efficiently, and coordinating IT services for the Spanish office. Additionally, the position contributes to employee experience and local engagement by supporting HR processes, local benefits, volunteering and CSR initiatives, team-building activities, and assisting with marketing and event logistics, including client meetings, expertise meetups, merchandising, and internal staff events. The role also plays a part in advancing the company's sustainability strategy.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a finance or facility/office management department, preferably within a fast-paced company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple business areas in a dynamic commercial environment. A team player attitude, a drive for operational excellence, a hands-on and service-oriented approach, and proficiency in Spanish (native) and English (B2 or C1) are essential.
