On-Site IT Support Analyst
Wilson Elser, a prominent defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices in the United States, is seeking an On-Site IT Support Analyst for their New York office. This role is integral to the firm's commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining efficient operations.
The On-Site IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing on-site technology support to attorneys and staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Key duties include imaging and deploying computer equipment for new hires, managing equipment for departing users, supporting video conferencing systems, and installing and configuring various software applications. The analyst will also coordinate user requirements with regional supervisors and other IT teams, build service-based relationships with staff, and adhere to organizational change management processes.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of technical support experience with IT hardware, software, and desktop peripherals, including Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office O365, Active Directory & Azure AD, and VPN and remote access technologies. A minimum of 3 years working in ITSM and ITIL environments is required. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage time effectively and work autonomously. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or MCDST are preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
