As an Onboarding Assistant at Awin, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our Platform Services clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire onboarding journey, from initial lead qualification to program activation, ensuring that new clients are set up for long-term success on our platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of client growth and onboarding success.

In this role, your key tasks will include conducting initial screenings to ensure leads meet Awin’s standards, processing all lead and application management activities in Salesforce, and collaborating with Sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. You will also monitor technically signed-off clients, maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding phase, and proactively escalate issues or delays to the Onboarding Team Leader. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills being a plus. Experience in customer support, account management, onboarding, or client services, preferably in SaaS, affiliate marketing, or platform-based businesses, is highly desirable. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment are essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
