Onboarding Specialist
As an Onboarding Specialist at Diligent Corporation, you will be an integral part of the global Customer Success Team, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences during the onboarding process. Diligent is a leader in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, serving over 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve swift product adoption and realize the full value of Diligent's offerings.
In this position, you will manage the client onboarding experience by serving as the primary contact, developing tailored onboarding plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing any challenges that arise. Your responsibilities include providing initial product training, guiding clients through product setup and configuration, and driving early product adoption by assessing client requirements and customizing training sessions accordingly. Additionally, you will document client milestones, offer subject matter expertise, and provide ongoing support to address questions and technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical or account management roles, such as SaaS/software onboarding, customer success, or customer support. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is preferred. Key qualifications include experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement frameworks, as well as resilience in adapting to change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
