Operations Analyst, Software Spend
Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage the company's enterprise software expenditures. Reporting to the Corporate Technology Software Spend Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the organization has the appropriate tools to support rapid growth while enhancing visibility, accountability, and efficiency across the software portfolio. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with teams across Corporate Technology, Finance, Procurement, and senior business stakeholders to drive software optimization initiatives and improve vendor governance.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance the efficiency and value of software spending, managing processes for software cost allocation and chargebacks, and overseeing commercial engagements with key software vendors, such as renewals and performance tracking. The role also involves maintaining systems and reporting workflows that support software spend management, handling new software requests and renewals, and developing mechanisms to monitor vendor performance and address issues.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in business operations, finance, procurement, or related fields, with a background in managing significant recurring expenditures and complex vendor landscapes. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential, along with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Proficiency in systems and data tools to enhance process quality and decision-making is also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in most full-time offers.
