Operations Associate
The Operations Associate at Legend Biotech plays a crucial role within the Technical Operations team, focusing on the production of autologous CAR-T products in a controlled cGMP cleanroom environment. Candidates should possess a high school diploma with 3–5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, an associate's degree in life sciences or manufacturing with 2–3 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in life sciences with 0–2 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to interpret various instructions, solve practical problems, and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, process excellence tools, and routine testing methods is essential. Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.
