Operations Lead, Discovery

As an Operations Lead on this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's mission to deliver cutting-edge defense solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable processes, optimizing tools and systems, and partnering across various business functions to enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day activities will include developing strategic reporting and planning processes, analyzing business trends, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience managing complex technical software programs or consulting within the aerospace and defense sectors. A strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration is essential. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance are also required.
