Operations Specialist, Platform Quality

As an Operations Specialist in the Platform Quality team at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing delivery quality across various verticals, including Restaurant, Retail, and emerging sectors like Parcel and Drive. This position involves close collaboration with both local and global business teams to identify and implement strategies that ensure Wolt's success in diverse markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at improving delivery quality. This entails conducting experiments to gather data, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying root causes of performance issues. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for delivery quality matters within your specific markets, occasionally representing operations in support meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess over two years of experience in operations or analytical roles, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
