Order Management Specialist
As an Order Management Specialist at Cato Networks, you will be an integral part of the Order Management team, providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will manage the entire Order to Cash process, including reviewing and processing orders within ERP and CRM systems, activating licenses, handling invoicing, and managing collections. You will support the sales team throughout the deal flow, from order submission to finance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, you will act as the main interface between various supporting functions such as Finance, Sales & SalesOps, Legal, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar position within a high-tech company. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is required. High energy, motivation, creative problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform in a multicultural and high-pressure environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
